"What do you mean our booking for two people can't be expanded to nine? Well we didn't know we'd all be arriving together until two weeks ago, so there's nothing we could've done. While you sort it out, all nine of us and our luggage are going to crowd the lobby, blocking the front desk and exit, and chatter away loudly."
